I helped provide trauma-informed services for victims of sexual and domestic violence for more than 19 years. I have continued to broaden my knowlege of trauma and trauma-informed services the last two years. Trauma is an inevitable part of this human experience, but suffering with or from it is not. Breathwork can be a tool for releasing trauma and trapped emotions. In addition I will help make you feel as comfortable and safe to do so.

Breathwork
Breath is the essence of life. It sustains our human journey, but it can also be the power we use to open our minds to the magic of our subconscious. Breath can also be utilized to regulate our nervous system, improve sleep, regulate our emotions, and help manage depression and anxiety. Breath can be the channel through which you connect your mind, body, and soul.

Journey
The journey. A Breahwork Journey is an active deep meditation, which activates and connects your mind, body, soul. You are able to release stored emotions, gain new insight, and activate your life’s purpose. Utilizing the power of your own breath you are able to explore the deep creativity centers of the brain and subcoucious. The breathing patterns are accompanied by a specific music pattern and timing that allow your body to experience a dream-like state. Each journey is guided with intention and allows you to navigate the depths you explore.
